Welcome to Kizuna. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kizuna platform, including any applications, websites, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Kizuna.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Services Description

Kizuna provides a decentralized platform for blockchain-based raffles with transparent outcomes and fair prize distribution. The Services include:

  • Blockchain-verified raffles with transparent outcomes.
  • Dashboard for tracking and claiming prizes.
  • Token-based governance and staking features.
  • Secure authentication and wallet connection.

3. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and be bound by them.
  • You are not located in, and are not a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where use of our Services would be illegal or otherwise violate applicable laws.
  • You are not subject to economic or trade sanctions administered or enforced by any governmental authority.
  • You are not using our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. User Accounts and Wallets

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to connect a blockchain wallet. By connecting your wallet, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys.
  • Be fully responsible for all activities occurring with your connected wallet.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent behavior.

5. Raffle Participation

When participating in raffles on our platform:

  • You understand that participation may require staking tokens or other forms of entry.
  • All raffle outcomes are determined by verifiable random functions on the blockchain.
  • Prizes are distributed according to the rules specified for each raffle.
  • Prizes must be claimed through your dashboard within the specified time period.
  • You may be required to complete additional verification to claim certain prizes.

6. MITO Token

The MITO token is the native utility token of the Kizuna platform. By using MITO tokens, you acknowledge:

  • MITO tokens are utility tokens designed for use within the Kizuna ecosystem.
  • The value of MITO tokens may fluctuate, and we make no guarantees regarding their value.
  • MITO tokens grant certain platform governance rights as specified in our documentation.
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable tax and regulatory requirements related to your token usage.

7. Blockchain Risks

By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies, including:

  • Price volatility and potential financial loss.
  • Regulatory uncertainty and potential changes in legal status.
  • Technical vulnerabilities in blockchain protocols or smart contracts.
  • Loss of access to digital assets due to loss of private keys.
  • Potential tax implications based on your jurisdiction.

Kizuna does not provide investment advice, and users should conduct their own research before participating in any blockchain-based activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, compilation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. You agree not to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute such material without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kizuna and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
